Technology is amazing, fast, and scary!

This is an amazing movie about the current and future state of technology. Our world is changing around us so fast these days. It's amazing how much technology has changed the way Real Estate is found and purchased - even in the past few years. What really gets me thinking is how different life for my 3 daughters will be. It's the little things - the changes in our daily lives. What was life like before Google? Anyone remember carrying around a 15 pound cell phone?

But, at the end of the day, with all the changes, there are still so many things that remain the same. In the end - people buy real estate from people. They enter into transactions with people they trust and they use the services of people they have formed a bond with. So, technology just becomes a part of our lives - but our lives are still all about the relationships we have.

That video is really crazy it's amazing how long kind of it took for things to advance but once they did it took off in lighting speed and changes monthly lamost.

It's a real eye opener. I know two people that recently came back from China. Both of them said the same thing ......"We [Americans] are in trouble" (because we're falling behind).

Amazing.  Haven't people always been telling US (United States) that we are behind.

I love that video (in part because of the sound track - I think that song was in the Sopranos or an HBO ad - and their ads are great).  I had seen a video with some of those figures but this one went further. Definitely makes you think. I was bummed out though that it ended with the number of songs downloaded because that number doesn't seem realistic for a five minute window.  Hmmm.  Still liked it a lot though. Thanks for posting it.
