I've been robbed. I know that my $50,000 check for the Obama inaugeration is in the mail (Ooops, did I forget the stamp). However, being from Illinois and Chicago area to boot, I should have no problem since I am in the real estate business. There seems to be a thread running through Chicago-Obama-and Real Estate Deals.
January 21, 2009 is the date for local real estate activity to pick-up around here. Contact me for your local real estate deals because I know my check is going to show up soon, and this is Illinois where cash is king.
