Mortgage Rates Still Down

Now going on the 11^th consecutive week that the interest rates are going down. The 30 year fixed is hitting 4.96% with 0.7 point from last weeks 5.01% with 0.6 point. 15 year is around 4.65% with 0.7 points. The 5 year Treasury indexed ARM, adjustable rate mortgages, dropped to 5.25% and 0.6 point. Wow, now we are hitting the 2006 rates for the ARMs...
