Why you should hire a Top Realtor to Sell your home.

Many homeowners think that when they are ready to sell a home that all they need to do is to interview 3-4 Realtor's. Then pick the one that gives what seems to be the most service for the least amount of commission.  That is completely the WRONG thing to do in today's market.

You need to make sure that the Realtor you hire to sell your largest financial investment that you will most likely take part in, has a proven track record for selling homes for the most money, in the shortest time, with the least amount of hassle.

Here's a shocking fact: Almost 50% of all homes in the Tucson MLS failed to sell during their first listing period. Here is the main reason. Lack of Marketing!

Hiring a Realtor that only has one or two listings or worse none at all can also be very costly. The National Association of Realtors published that there were approximately 1.2 million Realtors in the US in 2006 and that over 500,000 of those Realtors did NOT even sell one home.

Don't allow someone to give you a song and dance about how they can get your home sold faster and for more money while giving you better service because they are small and they can pay more attention to your needs. That's Hogwash!

Experience in properly staging the home for sale, marketing the home properly, negotiating contracts, and keeping you from going crazy in the process is why you must hire an agent that sells hundreds of homes each year.

Make sure to ask the next Realtor you interview to provide you actual proof of how many homes they have sold and what their experience is when it comes to helping you sell your precious family investment. This information is all very public.
