Church, the right one, tough choice, why? This is a question I have been asking ever since we came back to Indianapolis over three years ago. Why can't we find a home church that makes us feel like it is home? Each time we attend a new church, the members either smother us to death with kindness beyond the norm, or question us for fifteen minutes before we get out the door. Then there is the church that has the right music, but the wrong setting, and it seems too much like a staged act for our intertainment.
Are we just being too picky or what? We had a home church in Michigan, the people there were not at all clickish, and we fit right in to the point we became a part of the church body, and helped so many others as they did us. It is hard to replace a church your comfortable in. It is even harder to attend a church that just does not fit. Being spiritually fed, is so important to us, and we enjoy and thrive on digging into theology and asking ourselves questions, like what if? That remark is going to have to be explained in another blog, sorry.
Well, we are still searching, but we do know one thing for sure. God is good, and we have Him in our hearts, and home, and we know He will make sure we find that church we can again share in with other believers. God bless, and make every day you have count.
I have had the same problem!!!!!
