Tomorrow afternoon, you might find it way too cold to go to the inaugural concert on the Mall.

If you want to check out a beautiful warm place, drop by my Open House at 3460 Ordway Street NW.  If you're moving to the area to work for the new administraton, or if you're thinking about  move to a fabulous house for any reason at all, come check this out.

It has 4 fireplaces, a parklike setting, a serious cook's kitchen and tennis courts.  There is southern light and in the spring, there will be lots of roses and and perrenial garden.

The best part is that the house is a few blocks walk to the Cleveland Park Metro, fine dining and the Uptown Theater.

If you'd rather go to the concert, you can click on the address link for the virtual tour, and you can call me (202 549-5167) for an appointment to see this magical place.

This home is priced at $1,999,000.

Pat, I think a cozy open house with you beats the cold any day. Good luck with it.

Pat:  Looks like an oasis in the city.  I used to work for a very small company in DC where the husband and wife actually bought a large home and moved the business into the basement.  It was a much more serene setting than I would have thought.

Hi Pat... I just saw the people on the mall looking awfully cold.  I think you have a good alternative activity planned and maybe Stevie Wonder or Bono will drop by!  Stranger things have happened!

I hope the open house was a success. I know a nice Secretary of State moving from NY. She has some debt but her husband is very wealthy. lol.

This Sunday open houses were very busy here. Boots lined up outside doors, buyers seem optimistic about Obama.
