Kent- Congrats on getting a sale! I am sure that this is just one of many for this year:) You can always come and get warm down here where we are currently freezing at 56 degrees:) Katerina
Here it is uncooled homes in the summer. I have been in a house where the temperature was 125*. people can't look around in that!
Ditto Katerina,
I almost turned on the heat today. It was like Katerina said, a cool 56 degrees and I was freezing.
Like Lane said, in the summer here it is like a sauna...same issue.
We have deer, possums, squirrels, lots of fish, snakes, various lizards...etc...different environment...plenty of animals. LOL.
Yes, That is why I hate previewing Bank-owned homes. I think a home feels so much better when it is warm and you can stay longer and linger!
Did you have an Elk tag? Sounds like a great place.
That's amazing that in that weather there is no heat! Of course, those people are probably in Arizona enjoying our sun and warm 75 degrees. ;-)
We have that problem here with foreclosures. Banks are starting to "winterize" them, which sounds funny for San Diego. What do they do? Put a large umbrella over the house to protect it from the sun? LOL -- Of course, winterize simply means that they shut off all the utilities. Makes it difficult to do a quality home inspection.
Congrats on the sale Kent! You can go warm up at the new STCU branch - I heard it was opening today!
Kent I thought selling in weather around 20 degrees was bad. Sounds like you are a lot worse off than I am. Stay warm!
