Sure Fire ways to make the phone to ring... you think

When writing my ads I make sure to only pick three main things that stand out in a buyers mind, things that may cause an emotional thought works best. I use only one phone number whether it is the office or mine cell ( only one). With everything winding up on the web now I make sure I put my website in all my ads. Put a call to action ALWAYS, Call Now, Stop in today etc.

Signs, I use as little verbiage as possible. Drive bys have very little time to remember a whole lot. Again only one number. I use flier boxes but with large print and one descriptive message that they will remember the house by like big red shutters. Directional signs with phone numbers in the arrow slot.

Make sure the neighbors know the house is for sale. I put a flier on at least 100 homes if possible around every listing. I ask every person to carry the flier to work or give it to a friend. You never know till you ask.

Charles, it sounds like you have a style of nurturing the neighborhood. Feel comfortable posting to:

Door Knocking, Walk Abouts and Other Neighborhood Experiences . I have started making a 250 to 500 batch of business cards for listings now. I do the cheapos through Vista Print -on purpose-. Instead of fliers I drop a stack of 5 to 10 cards to nearby businesses and neighbors.

The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

Hi Charles!  All great ideas--I like Suzi's too!  I take a photo of the home and put it on a business card with contact info and 'Take a Tour Today' written across it for the SELLER to hand out at work--if the 'friend' isn't looking to buy, they'll remember that you're innovative!
