Ok, let's talk more virtual. This is for all you licensed real estate agents out there. Tatiana, Carlos, and I sat down one night last week in our conference room with a pizza and a few drinks. I have been losing sleep over a concept I have been working on for a while in my head and I wanted to get it out on a white board and in some other minds I trusted. Tatiana, as you know, has been my right arm for four years now; Carlos, is a fellow entrepreneur but in the IT industry. The premise is that there are many agents out there that do not want the burden of creating their own business model and infrastructure, but also do not want to give up a big piece of their commission to get it by joining a bricks and mortar office. Some want to join the board, some do not.
