So you just finished a looking at 10 homes and you found one that you want to make an offer on.  So the agent suggests that you come back to the office and while they draw up the contract and run a CMA.  When you arrive, the agent starts first by gathering the documents, filling in the blanks pertaining to the seller, and starts on a CMA while you wait.
