You've got 30 seconds, don't blow it!

It's been shown through research that dating men know within 15 minutes whether they want to see the woman again. Home buyers know within seconds whether they think  a house could be their new home. Those few seconds from driving up to standing inside the front door are all you get. By then they have made one of two decisions: 1. Hey, this could be our new home. I'm kinda liking this"  OR  2. "I don't know about this one. Not feeling the love here."

 If a buyer is feeling the former, she will spend the rest of the tour looking for positives. If the latter, she'll be looking for negatives.

So, this is just one more reason to have your listings in shape for showing - especially curb appeal and anything visible from the front door.  If your sellers need some convincing or you need some before and after pictures of local properties that benefited from some product improvement, check out  portfolio pages.
