The Staging Is Doing Its Job!

Last month, Gloria Home Staging had the privilege of staging a townhouse in Casselberry, FL. It went on the market at the beginning of December, and the early results are in. During the month it has been listed, which included the Christmas and New Year's holidays, it had four showings, resulting in two offers! The price is excellent, and the staging is doing its part to get this home sold!

Hi Laurie, Painting the kitchen cabinets brown and replacing the dining room light fixture in addition to the wonderful staging made a huge difference! There are so many kitchens in older condos that look just like that one. Thanks for showing us how good these can look with some paint.

Diana - There are two other units for sale in this community that have the very same dated cabinets, so we figured that painting them would really set this one apart. Painting formica cabinets isn't really all that hard, either, with help from Benjamin Moore. We were so pleased with how it came out. Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks, Lisa. We knew the cabinets would look better, but we really didn't know how much better! It really makes them stand out from all the other 80's townhomes with that kind of cabinet. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
