No... sorry, I am not talking about football. I have always been an advocate for coming up with new solutions on helping our REAs. Granted... the market now is totally buyer based, foreclosures abound and many investors are taking advantage... so where do we fit in? We continue to help, we continue to show each and every property the best that it can be. Your REA base needs to be updated and YOU need to ask them what YOU can do to help their sales. It could be as simple as a consultation, especially for short sales. That's right.... Take it off of YOU and offer to help THEM! AJDS and SRD are continually busy... why? Because we really do want to keep our REAs as a family... work as a family... gain as a team.
What is your communication with your clients? Take a look at your REA base and ask yourself... what can I do to help my Realtors that I have worked with? Do I need to update my services? Do I need to "invent" a new service that helps them? What do they need me to do?
Don't wait for them to contact you... you make the contact right now... you may be pleasantly surprised.
