I was just introduced to it, it is quick and simple and teh thought could not be better, it a site called http://www.212movie.com/ This thought is simple, at 211 degrees water is water at 212 it changes to steam, its that little extra that makes all the difference.

I have seen this before but it still is quite motivational and make you realize the extra little effort you put in can make huge differences.
I have used it as a training tool for new agents for several years. There are a number of copycats and versions of this video. I love the sports analogies - split seconds can be the difference between gold and nothing. It really hits home. I throw in a few Vince Lombardi quotes and I have an easy sales meeting prepared in minutes.
A few years ago, I was given a copy of the 212 book. Very simple reading but powerful motivation. I leave the book on my desk to remind me that I need to go that extra degree to make steam and generate the power to be successful. Thanks for sharing.
