It is going to be interesting to watch the news media's metamorphoses over the next week from the glass is half empty to the glass is half full reporting style.  I expect to see the reports on the economy to slowly start to change from Chicken Little the sky is falling to look the sun is shine.

Our mainstream news media has for the most part been made incapable of reporting all the facts of an issue.  Watch the media and always ask what are they NOT reporting.  But Bush will still be blame for all the wrongs of the world.

Bad Media

We all are going to have Harder times ahead - will the press please report the facts and not their opinions.

Brian I agree that we are probably in for a rocky road but no matter how hard it gets all we will hear is how much worse it would be if Bush was stil president. Take MSNBC its been so long that their station has even tried to report anything that wasn't Bush bashing they have probably forgotten was journalism even means.

Hugh: What are the Bush cheerleaders at FOX going to do now? Why, they will continue to advertise themselves as "fair and balanced" while cheering the right-wing agenda.

George Bush has been a miserable failure and his reign is nearly over.

Brian, without taking sides regarding Bush, which this post may turn into, ...Oh well, I like Bush, don't agree with everything particularly the past few months.

Let me digress to what I was going to say. You never know just how poorly the reporting is until you have first hand knowledge of what is being reported. That's when you truly discover just how inept the media really is.

Brian - I think it will take longer than that, the Obama team has already set the stage and the press will continue to blame Bush for months, if not a year or so.
