1.  Fear of Asking for Help - People in business want to do well, but often do not know where to get help that will make a difference.  The common fear is that if you ask for help it shows that you do not know what you are doing.  So this keeps people from asking.  Conversely you may actually think you don't know what you are doing if you ask for help.
