Lincoln Country 2008 Average Sold PricesFor the year ending 2008, the mid coastal waterfront Maine real estate county of Lincoln saw 330 transactions transpire in 2008 vs 405 in 2007, down approximately 18% and off about 3% from the peak of 497 seen in 2005. As far as pricing goes...on average numbers were down only 4% as the average sold price of all homes and condos combined was 303K vs 316K in 2007. The days on market are very high in Lincoln though with an average in 2008 of 190.
