Today I am happy for

many reasons. 

• 2008 was a hard year - but I am still in the profession I love.
• I have new work coming in more regularly and with greater volume
• Our nation is getting ready to change leadership - and change is good.
• Most of all my wife and children are healthy and happy and with me.
• And lastly - I am happy I moved to Florida. Although I am not a native - I am loving it more than I ever did New York.  Blue skies, still green grass even in winter, and awesome sunsets.

And most of all: 

Yes....if I were in Rome, NY today (my home town)....it would be 19 degrees and I would be happy for all things BUT the temperature!

Ahh yes...life IS good!  There are ALWAYS things to be thankful for in our lives!

May the rest of 2009 be a discovery of the many blessings you have in your life....and a positive outlook on the days to come!
