Gary- Thank you again for the comment. While this is just an office listing and not mine personally, I still cannot believe that it hasn't gotten under contract yet. I even have researched to make sure that whoever buys it will be paying about equal to or less than what they're paying in rent, even with the association fees for this condo. It boggles my mind that no one has really even viewed it inside. Freaky. :)

Hello, Debbie- Yeah, pretty cool condo for very little money AND 100% financing. But, no one is jumping on this awesome deal? Unfortunately, not my photos (not even my listing--an office listing) but it would make a great place for someone just starting out.
