Mike, is this your stand against MLS companies?

Point2Agent has an international MLS of sorts, but of course you have to know about it and put your stuff on there and then it's not managed (ie no expiration dates etc) so it's a hard concept to work with.

Are you requiring EXPIRATION dates on listings so that it doesn't get populated with out of dated data?

Ron,

Not a stand against MLS's. If you look at the site it is more than just a listings site. We do have listing dates on all listings that are uploaded and we have a query system that enables us to filter out old listings. The site includes the tools for all agents to manage their listings.

Hello Mike:

Quick comment for Ron Tarvin, Ron, Point2 does have an expiration date on their listings, to be entered when you input the listing. And if you happen to carry the listing beyond the expiry date you can edit the listing and input the extension time.
