Rich, What a pretty shoreline.  Can we have just a FEW words on where it is?  You always take beautiful shots.

Rich where is this?  Quite beautiful.  There's nothing like the water to make me feel at ease.  I just love it.

Carole - It is Kona, the big island, Hawaii. You see what looks like cliffs are part of the seven gulches. It is actually quite breathtaking. Beautiful black sand beaches.

Mitchell - Hawaii! Was there for my brother's wedding.

James - Was a much needed respite.

Bo - Thanks! You should have seen it in person!

Rebecca - One of the famed seven gulches on Kona, Hawaii. The temperature was about 80 and the water was probably mid 70's.

You should see the photos from my last two Wordless Wednesday posts. They show the first gulch from two angles, whereas this is the seventh gulch.

First Post - From the crest of the first gulch looking down with the Pacific in the distance.

Second Post - From the bottom of the first gulch.

Rich, what a beautiful photo...I love Hawaii but I haven't been to the big island-yet. What a perfect place to attend a wedding too. Thanks for sharing the picture.

Debbie - It is a beautiful island and was a beautiful wedding. The big island has it all, black sand beaches, white sand beaches, and a famous green sand beach. There is also the enormous volcano! You would really love it!

Brande - It was a beautiful place. That is why I was out of communication for a week+ at the end of December beginning of January.
