Day 32:  Offer to Purchase

Change is happening for me as I have written my first Offer to Purchase for 2009.  How is everyone else doing?  Has anyone noticed an increase in business now that the Holidays are over?  Has anyone noticed an increase in Buyers with the government's incentive of a $7,500 tax credit?

I hope that everyone is on track with their goals in our "100 Days to Change" program.  Barak Obama will be starting his "100 Days to Change" soon.  It has been said that the first 100 Days of a campaign or administration are the most crucial days.  The first 100 Days will make or break you.  The first 100 Days will determine your success.  Are you on track to succeed?

Be proactive!

Paul:

The first 100 days of 2009 has started well. I have my first listing under contract. After a minimal price reduction and cosmetic changes, I am receiving some heavy traffic on a second offer. I've obtained my first listing through my EXPIRED PROSPECTING. Past clients are calling me about listing their current home. Though the snow in South Carolina, our market is warming.

However, I see ZERO INCREASE increase in Buyers because of the government's incentive of a $7,500 tax credit. It would be fair to note my lack of marketing that discusses this tax credit. The reason will be saved for a later blog post.

Hopefully, each and every one of you that read these comments are well on your way to a better business at the end of the first 100 days of 2009.

Hey, Paul. So far, 2009 has been very kind to the Hart Team. We have seen our buyer clients come out of their shells and we have seen our sellers listen to us a little more. Take care, Jim
