It is January in NW Montana - the snow has come and is here for another month or so! We enjoy activities that come with it! Unlike raining states that have you darting in out of the rain- Put on a coat and boots and go for a walk.With that said - what is selling in this winter scene-- believe it or NOT-- WATERFRONT - that's right Lake Properties have been moving! Waterfront is also a good investment and getting ready for a summer of enjoyment on the water is apparently what many are thinking about right now. Prices are good and choices are good. So think Waterfront in Montana.

Interesting! I think we may see a resurgence of interest in unique properties, everywhere, as people with disposable income begin to realize cash might not be king.

Welcome to Active Rain and congrats on your first post! I like putting on a coat and boots and going for hikes in and around Red Lodge, Montana. I just went and made a search online to see where Libby is located in Montana. It sure is a pretty town and I saw a couple of good pictures of the Kootenai River.
