All over the country , it is a buyer's market.  While Summerville and Charleston have not been impacted as greatly as other areas of the nation, it is still a buyer's market and the inventory continues to increase.  With so many houses on the market in Summerville, it can be hard to wade through them and determine what really is a "great deal" for your money.
