Hi I am not sure if this is on topic or not. Has anyone used Tomlin Nicks advertising material? If so, did you have success with it?

In the same vein, has anyone used the Gooder Group materials? If so, how were the results?

I find that I am getting deluged with emails, phone calls, mailings, etc. Most of which want me to open my wallet and few if any want to offer any kind of guarantee.

Again, I am not sure this is on topic - but I am having a lot of success with pre-inspecting every home prior to listing, offering a warranty on every home, having multiple photos on everyhome, have a virtual tour and floorplan done for each home, I have a custom sign rider made for each home with the MLS # and custom URL on it as well. The URL webforwards to the Virtual Tour. I like www.floorplanonline.com and I use their premium service.
