I was having a conversation with an agent in another office the other day, and he made a comment that "last year was a really bad year for me, I earned a quarter of what I usually do."!!
A BAD YEAR!!!
When did you clue in to the fact that you weren't earning any or enough money....December?????
You had 12 warning signs flashing across your face along the way....nevermind the 52 chances to ramp it up if your results are less than what you want/need.
Enough ranting!!!!!! That is counter productive (but man that is just irritating).
Okay heading into my 2nd week of my 4-1-1 and this is what I have accomplished ........
Nothing that will earn me an income - that's what.
I have made the # of calls that I indicated on my 1st week plan and have already completed amost 75% of the calls that I put on the plan for this week. Along with my personal notes to my sphere, of which I have completed.
What does that mean?
At the end of this week when I do my 411 for next week I will have to kick it up a notch. My monthly pipeline income goal so far has not been met - there still is 10 days though! Neither is my # of listings goal. I will have carry over to February's goal as a result.
I am feeling less stressed, it's amazing how difficult and stressful it was to draft this plan and the daunting thought of completing the tasks has faded into slight pride and relief when I complete the tasks!
People with clear, written goals, accomplish far more in a shorter period of time than people without them could ever imagine.
