The Feb. auction is going to be a big one! So far there are 2,373 properties in the auction of which 2138 are single family. Looks like a lot of Asset Managers, Title Companies, Real Estate Agents and many others are about to get very busy! For anyone that is in the REO space, I'm sure you've felt this coming!
