What a Pain in the Gas!

Bel Air, Maryland

What a Pain in the Gas!

It's slowly inching up each and every day and it's not this season's hemline. It's the price of gas, and today's price is 2 cents more than yesterday's. Moreover, it's being reported that it'll inch even higher, reaching a peak this summer.

ole standby Lucky me, I get the pleasure of paying 20 cents more than most--for premium gas.  It's almost too much pleasure for one person to have! It's also really brought home the fact that niche-marketing is the best thing since sliced bread. I'm referring everything outside of my area and smiling all the way to the bank (which is only 3.14 miles away). That residual income is the best. True--It's less than a full commission, but it's steady. And it's a win-win for all sides; the client is getting the best service possible from the neighborhood expert and I'm not running around like a chicken with her head cut-off.

Meanwhile, I'm your go-to girl for Bel Air, Maryland and neighboring towns. I know this place and everyday I find out more about the awesome stuff this town has to offer; it's a great place to live and play. And it's not a pain in the gas for me to tell you all about it!

If you'd like more information and/or have any questions about the Bel Air area, give me a call or drop me a quick line.  I'm sold on Bel Air and I'd be pleased as punch to sell you on Bel Air as well!

It's a pleasure to be of service,

I feel your pain. An agent in the office said if she shows 5 houses to someone and they don't buy...she is going to charge them $50.00 (She was joking of course...but it does make you think :)

Hey Robert and Will--

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this.

I can't imagine how the folks in places like NY are dealing with it.  I hear their prices are much higher than ours (in MD) --but, like Will says, I guess we'll all find out soon...

The price of gas has been killing us too. I love the fact that I work primarily from my home office and I am more of a listing agent than buyers agent. Every little bit helps.

High gas prices has come to stay and if nothing is done to control it ,will hit the sky at this point every station prices are different sometimes you see three gas stations on the same road charging whatever they like it is outrageous.
