In an earlier conversation today, Maureen challenged me to rethink my position on Localism (by the way, thank you Maureen!). My current dilema is what I perceive to be a lot of posts on localism that were posted there merely for the points. There's no fair way for any of us to judge what is and isn't a good post, and I don't know that it makes sense to make post police to check the quality of posts. I'm not an advocate of censorship! So this question goes out to those of you who have another local real estate blog.
Do you have any concerns about your face/name/posts being posted with other real estate agents in your area that may/may not be posting sound, accurate, informative, compelling information? Do you have concerns about being associated with what someone might consider a low quality blog?
How do you decide what to post on Localism and what goes on your "other" blog?
