Many of you have tried and failed at several different things when it comes to generating new business. We all do that.
I stink at Open Houses, working expireds or knocking on doors and handing out "packages."
I've been a subscriber of what is known today as Market Leader since January of 2006. I just hit my 3 year mark with them today.
Before It was Market Leader, the company was called House Values. Just like Growth Leader used to be Realty Generator. Many of you think that Growth Leader is some NEW untested product, but it isn't necessarily new at all. The contact mgmt system is certainly new, but the concept hasn't changed much since it was Realty Generator.

They don't just sell the Growth Leader product. They also have available their contact management system which is by far their most successful component if you ask me.
They also sell Seller Leads. There are plenty of folks who have an opinion about HouseValues and their so called seller leads, that's for sure. I am here to day to tell you that I truly love the system. I've been a supporter since day one, and will likely continue. Of course they aren't perfect, and they do have issues like anything else, but generally speaking my business was actually created with their help back in 2006. Each year I make at least $100,000 just from their leads alone. I don't consider myself some major league heavy hitter, but I am really happy with the success I've had with my "seller leads." From now until Sunday I have 4 listing appointments - ALL from House Values, I mean Growth Leader.
I've spoken to hundreds of people over the last 3 years and have spent a ton of time on the phone explaining why the system has worked for me. I don't mind doing it because I know that the better off they do as a company, the longer I'll continue getting my GOOD leads!
If you haven't considered using at least their contact management system, then at the very least you should consider looking into it.
Many agents simply do not have the patience, energy, will or determination to create something out of nothing. This is why over 80% of Realtors "Get Out" of the Biz within their first year. Many of those that stay are weeded out over the next 2-3 years.
Some of you are savvy and good enough to streamline your own leads and do so with limited costs. I congratulate you many times over. You should be proud of yourself. I on the other hand like waking up to prospects in the manner which I have for the last 3 years. I'm also the type to pay for room service versus driving around town looking for a cheap waffle while on vacation.
Besides leads, Market Leader has a gazzilon tools like Webinars, Online tutorials, Scripts you can follow, create, Great Drip Campaigns, Zip Code Selections and a variety of power tools to get you started!
