No, just the important stuff. I agree, get to the facts. It makes it easier.
I agree 100% but the problem is that most agents I have dealt with in the past year want everything. I offer to email everything to keep the copies clean and they do not email???
The worst part is they send me a counter offer with EVERYTHING also. We killed a lot of trees on that deal!
True. That can all be delt with when there is actually a deal to deal with.

Well, I don't want to kill any more trees than necessary. However, if it's an offer, all documents need to be sent every time you have something to sign. This is because you need to show, legally, that all docs were included and not added later. The time and date stamp is important. If you have several back and forth exchanges that are not part of the actual contract, you wouldn't necessarily have to print them out each time. Just email and read, then print when you have something to sign. Check with your broker to see what your firm's attorneys recommend.
