What a country we live in, another tranfer of power with no problems were else can you say that. Not only no problems but a change in races for the first time as president and smooth as silk. How lucky we are to be born in the United States of America the goverment doesn't tell us what to do, what religion to worship and what we say or can't say and can go and come as you want. How lucky we are.
Regardless of how you voted...what you wished...you have to believe that all things economically and real estate related are on an upswing !
Mike - yes, we are lucky. We are all fortunate to be here, at this day and time, and to have friends and family around us.
We are all fortunate to be alive. I guess we will see how fortunate to be Americans in the next couple of years. I am not sure where some people are getting their info, but lets face the facts....The economy is terrible and it is going to get worse before it could ever get better. As for real estate, I believe the only way to pick up the market is for the lenders to start lending to more people and making it easier for peolpe to get loans(This sounds familiar-this is why we have all the foreclosures out here now). I think we are paying for that way of thinking now. I hope things get better, but for now I have to go with the facts..I have never seen so many people losing their jobs since the Great Depression(I am thankful I was not a part of that).
All things happen for a reason, and nothing is an accident. I did not vote for him but as the majority ruled I will support him.
We are blessed to live in a free society where your voice is heard and your vote is counted.
Thanks Mike and everyone for the comments even thought I voted for the other side I believe this will work out.
