Don't you just love stats . . . well I do! Maybe it’s all the Statistical math classes I had to take to get my degree . . . oh well, let’s blame it on Gardner-Webb University.
Anyhow do to the current market conditions I thought it would be interesting seeing how real estate sales in December 2008 looked against December 2007 and December 2006. So here's some interesting stats of single family sales in Davidson, NC (Lake Norman); going back to December 2006, December 2007, and December 2008.
I hope that if you are thinking of buying and/or selling in the Davidson area that you will find these figures helpful.
