I'm new on ActiveRain...nice collection of properties! I wanted to ask if you were interested in any fixer-uppers/rehab residential properties here in my neck of the woods, Omaha, NE? Or if you know any rehabbers in my area that would be interested in hearing about them as they become available. I appreciate your input.
