Pictures on MLS

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

I was looking for a property on MLS for my client and run across this picture...

rainbow

It is beautiful indeed, but I am just wandering if pictures like that would create any different feelings about a property in order to sell it??? I know, the rainbow is not going to be there forever and it's not even the part of the property, so what is the point of putting it into the listing on MLS? Just a thought...

It's certainly better than the dead fish on the dock of a home for sale, or the iguanna crawling through the trees in the back yard! I'd take the rainbow anyday!
