Today's market indicates that the summer heat will be turned up a notch on serious sellers to work "more" with the serious buyers. That doesn't mean Sellers will be getting "less", it just means Sellers will be getting today's  market value.

It has become increasingly evident that homebuyers are well-informed individuals and are not shy about asking for "more". Buyers are shopping around for mortgages, concessions, and seller's contributions for paying points down and other incentives to make a property purchase more desirable.

Incentives and concessions are not "gimmicks". These are buying and selling options.

WHAT IS THE DECIDING FACTOR?

Even if the house is priced right, and is comparable to 10 other houses priced right in the same area, it is all in the negotiating.

BUYERS and SELLERS: Ask and you may receive...it is all in writing a contract.
