A virtual tour is no longer a novelty item and only reserved for the higher priced listings.  The proof is out there, and I can tell you that what I've seen as a Colorado Virtual Tour Provider I am amazed of what impact we are able to have on buyers and sellers alike.  

The statistics are clear, and everyone knows someone who is in the market for property.  Why is it that many agents are only marketing to those who are still reading the yellow pages and have little knowledge of the- sometimes referred to "Email Machine?"  The only answer that comes to my mind is "It has worked for years."

The truth is that we are now dealing with a different type of buyer.  Most of todays buyers don't immediately call an agent to represent them, and even more alarming, sellers are beginning the same trend according to many Loveland and Fort Collins Realtors in Colorado.  As a Real Estate Agent, you are required to build your brand, meet with clients, meet with potentials, research property, stay up to date with current rules, and do this all while maintaining a fantastic smile.  Now the new thing is "Social Networking" and "Social Bookmarking" which is essential to stay ahead of the game.  ARGHHHHH!  Unless you are superhuman and have nerves of steel, you simply do not have the time or resources to seek and utilize the additional available avenues that work to market your brand or sell a listing.  

Exposure is paramount in your success.  If you have read this far, you need to call someone, anyone.

My wife and I started Hot Shots Digital about a year and a half ago, and for the first year, we studied and studied about what our clients not only wanted, but also what they needed.  What we found is that most Real Estate Professionals were simply too busy to even know what they were lacking.  This was a good problem to have, but the success will certainly be short lived without embracing the technology available.  Of course, we are a 360 Virtual Tour Company but we don't just provide a few pictures and say "There you Go" like many of the earlier companies that were available years ago.  Our exposure is what we strive to provide for our clients so that not only their brand is being built through our tours, but their listings are actually selling and generating income.  

Hot Shots Digital is not the only company that does what we do.  In fact, we urge any Real Estate Professional who wants the success that they deserve to call any one of the Local Fort Collins, Loveland, or Denver Metro Tour Providers and schedule a shoot.  Sounds like a clever ploy, and we really would love to get all of the business, but in the end, and if you are successful, we know that your success will eventually be our own.
