Moving forward

Keeping motivated and staying the course is how I am going to move forward through 2009.  I am very optimistic about real estate for this year and the coming years where I believe fortunes are going to be made.  I have taken on the task of doing property management for our office as well as continuing on with my clients and referrals that I receive.  Property management came from a need that my clients were having.  They did not want to sell their homes but needed to move for what ever reason.  I took on this challenge pulling from previous experience with managing rental homes and working closely with property managers and felt I could offer alot of value to my clients as well as value to my fellow agents in my office.  I promise that if another agent sends their client to me for property management that I will send that client back to them when they are ready to sell.  It has worked well and I am receiving plenty of referrals from other agents and my own clients.  Being able to manage both sides of my business is key to my success.  If it weren't for Microsoft Outlook I don't know how I would be able to keep everything scheduled.  Being on top of both the rental and housing market also serves my investor clients with being able give them current market information quickly and help guide them to making good choices for their investments.  Sometimes it all seems a bit overwhelming but I just take a moment, pray, reflect on what I have, possibly listen to some Brian Buffini and plant my feet and move forward.  2009 is going to be great!
