The Key to Choosing the Correct Realtor

EXPERIENCE:  Whether buying or Selling a personal residence or investment property, a real estate transaction involves important financial and emotional considerations.  The services of an experienced Realtor such as Jason and his team define the difference between just surviving and really enjoying the process.  We understand the most important things in life start at home.  With The Gardner Team, the very experience of the home buying and selling process is just as important to us.

During the home buying process, we will help you find the house that best meets your needs and expectations.  You can rely on our knowledge of the market area and awareness of all available inventory.  We even come prepared to recommend qualified housing professionals.  Our list of preferred professionals are ready to be of service to you.  Our resources include mortgage lenders, home inspectors, landscapers, contractors, house painters, house cleaners, estate planners, among other professionals who will be intrigal to a great home buying experience.

When you sell your home, you'll get The Gardner "Team".  Consider what a successful background that embraces a tremendous amount of experience with MILLIONS & MILLIONS of dollars of transaction history on your side can do for you.  Making this choice, the right choice - will literally save you both time and money.  We offer the ability through our proven track record to correctly price AND market your home.  This is critical.  Understanding how to interpret current market conditions and position your home for a faster, easier sale requires knowledge and skills only gained through experience like ours.

RESULTS:  Choosing your real estate is your first most important decision.  As a member of the National Association of Realtors, we subscribe to the highest standards of business ethics and practices.  PMAR is a local chapter of this respected national organization.  The PMAR Million Dollar Club is a benchmark organization formed to recognize Realtors distinguished by their sales accomplishments and dedication to the highest degree of professional quality service.

Jason Gardner is a Member of the PMAR Million Dollar Club and again in 2008 earned the highest status awarded by the Portland Metro Association of Realtors - Diamond Platinum Member of the MDC

YOU HOLD THE KEY:  When the time is right to consider your first or your next real estate transaction, remember your goal is to buy or sell real estate.  However, your objective should be to maximize the enjoyment and the financial benefit of the entire transaction by working with a proven professional.  A professional like Jason Gardner who happens to also be #1 in sales in his office and the City of Sherwood.  Who serves the greater Portland Metro area and comes recommend to be of service to you.

The Choice is yours - choose wisely.  Choose a Realtor who has earned the membership of the PMAR Million Dollar Club.  Jason Gardner is an outstanding Realtor of choice.

Jason/Amber - This is certainly a convincing case for choosing Jason to represent you.  Tooo many buyers and sellers don't realize that there is a significant difference between agents.  Jason's record is proof that he is on the right end of the spectrum.

Hi Erik - Thanks for coming by.  Yes, many agents can get lost in the mantra of being different or even #1.  Too many times we hear the same things, almost like a cliche'.

One reason I believe it's so important to share your accomplishments and experience more in detail... Why and how it helps the customer.  Saying you're something and truly being that something are two different things.  While all needs are different, investigating and interviewing is always a good idea.
