Thanks!  You know, even the fixer uppers needs some wacky headlines to get people's attention. They really seem to be so easily overlooked and are usually some of the toughest to come up with verbage for.  Usually if a listing is practically blank, i know it's a fixer upper!

Why thank you!  I have a bit of an addiction to marketing, so it's good I get a chance to post my ideas here, otherwise everyone around me might strangle them for driving them nuts! lol  I actually have a marketing background - I worked as an advertising assistant and in sports marketing, as well as promotions for several years.  I just love marketing! lol
