On Inauguration Day, as people from around the country and world were watching on TV and online, this Chicago Realtor was in D.C. in person for the swearing in of Barack Obama.
As an agent, I am used to talking with strangers, and that is exactly what I did the entire time in D.C. I met so many people waiting in lines, standing in crowds, and riding the Metra. Everyone was from different backgrounds, but we shared a common purpose… to witness history.
