What a crazy week!  I haven't had this much activity in one week since 2005!  There are potential buyers in the area right now.  This week, I rec'd 4 sales contracts on 4 different properties and had several showings.  If your property is not getting showings or offers now, it's an indication that it isn't priced well enough to attract buyers for showings.  

Our office report a 60% increase in pending sales over last year.  Prices are lower, but the fact that the number of sales is increasing at least helps.

Closed Sales: 61
Total Inventory in Naples: 10,740
