Improve your marketing and expired prospecting

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Real Estate Data X-change

Earlier this week my company, The RedX,  hosted a webinar with Real Estate Coach Jennifer Cummings. She did a great job and I was amazed at all the great insight she gave on how to improve your marketing, increase your income, and prospect expired listings more effectively. She mentioned a lot of success stories as well, people who had increased their business by hundreds of thousands of dollars by making some very key changes in their strategy. We decided to post the Webinar for anyone who wants to watch it, and I wanted to make sure as many people as possible knew about it. You should really check it out, it is free and more than worth the time spent. Make sure you take good notes cause the advice she gives is golden. Here's the link:

Just so you know its worth your time, here's some of things she goes over. She talks about the current market conditions and how agents can turn the widespread panic into widespread profit. She mentions the mechanics of marketing (the what and the how), the momentum of marketing (making sure your being productive and consistent), and the mindset of a successful real estate agent. One of the sections that was my personal favorite is how to increase your perceived value to the customer. How to be the "hot potato" as she said, being the most valuable commodity to a buyer or seller.

She helps a lot with your actual marketing pieces as well. She taught about creating curiosity vs just advertising a property and how to be prospect focused, make sure you have a call to action and that your getting a substantial return for the money spent on you marketing. What I'm saying here doesn't do it justice, this is just a summary to peak your interest. You really should go check it out, if you impliment these tips you'll see your business take off. again, here's the link. www.theredx.com/webinar.html
