Thats right two place you don't want to hear OH MY GOSH is brain surgery and on a home inspection. You see I have been on both sides of the fence being a former realtor and now a home inspector and I have heard some stories and would like to hear yours.

There are several places I can think of that I would not want to hear that! But when shopping for a home, a home inspection is definitely one of them.

Evening Mike, All I know is as follows:
1. Get an inspection prior to putting the house to market.
2. There are no good reasons not to have an inspection.
3. I spend more time negotiating the terms/obligations of the inspection than any other.
