Formulate,Create, Initiate: Active Rain and other on line extras. It does not get more affordable

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker

It goes with out saying that I have pretty much became a blogger that has a burning desire to get some ideas out there. I like the fact that something can be free, or very, very affordable.

To Formulate:Seeing a true direction in obtaining your maximum return, with little or no investment. You get a blog on activerain, you polish it, your writing and mission come more prevalent. How do I maximize my exposure with my blog? Are there other avenues that can be traveled that can bring me traffic and business? Where do I find sources to use? Do I have to write down a game plan showing what I am doing, when I am doing it, and keep track of what works? This can be a long paragraph but the point is you have to take a step back and think like a consumer. What would grab me, and keep my interest?

To Create:  Have a proactive blog that combines community, you as a whole, and blog about the passions and interests that you like, or think others would like to hear. maximize your blog in other social networks which you may participate in. Are there other avenues that can get me out there, and are free, or little costs? You now creat your ads, and you take a response generated marketing approach. You go to www.craigslist.com, www.backpage.com, www.kijiji.com, and more. Sources: I use some on the bottom of each of my blog and I put them out there as links.Write down what you are doing, and come up with a tracking system. Kijiji and backpage allows you to view your hits. For example: on Kijiji I put an add for first time buyers and I notice 11 people have looked at it in three days. I then put an ad for A free list of Distressed Properties and see that I had 468 views in three days. Which one works and gets a response by more hits? Think: what would grab me. The real question is "What's in it for me?" The WIFM approach. If you go to www.Craigslist.com , www.backpage.com , and www.Kijiji.com, then go to Milwaukee, real estate, milwaukee real estate serices, you will see my ads. "They say such things as "Do you know what this guy knows? Buyers you should!" or "Buyer Agent saves you big time" and more. You will see mine are Response ads. They have pictures of sold signs. New today:3 on www.Craigslist.com , 6 on www.Backpage.com , 6 On www.Kijiji.com . You can also put your listings on real estate for sale

To Initiate:  Launch your blog, get your ad campaings (copy mine if you wish, get a 800 number response system and pay no more than $27 dollars a month. This has instant fax back, instant email back, and 99 extentions and boxes. Call or email me I will direct you.Copy the lists on the bottom of my blog. Sign up for these. If you are on facebook, Plaxo, or Linkedin do the following. For facebook, on top where it asks you what you are doing hit share a link. Put your http://www.activerain.comblog in here, click, hit settings and ad it here as an RSS feed, and import, the same with Twitter and more. Go To Posted Items and Add. for Facebook as well.

Look for more profitable ideas coming up!!! Do get a listing Router! It pays and gives results.

See you at closing!

I think sometimes we all get overwhelmed in choices of ways to market ourselves and then often end up underwhelmed in their results.  It is good to hear of some proven things we can try.

I can't figure out what the listing router does. Is it the same thing as an the IDX on Localism sponsorships? I also can't get area wide IDX urls because the system I'm using limits me to 1000 returns. I tried to get my IT department involved, but they weren't very helpful. Finally, I pulled an IDX that directs users to the page where they can make their own choices for a search. So, Tom, what is a listing router and why do I want it?
