I showed property last weekend to first time homebuyers that will do whatever it takes to get out of a renters contract, legal. I even read the contract with them, but ultimately they were the ones who needed to talk to the landlord. Then, when they were comfortable with that, we proceeded with writing up the Offer to Purchase. After the offer was written they wanted to see the property again. Well, they then decided that the living room just was not big enough for them. They called me up this morning and wanted out of the offer to purchase, which I was able to do that. Then, I was out showing them property again this afternoon and I believe that we, once again, found the right one. You just never know after somebody sleeps on a Big Decision what the next day will bring. But, my clients are happy with continuing to look and they are not disappointed in pulling the offer. WHEW.
