Kitchen remodels are probably the best, cost for value, home improvement that you can do.  Especially if you have any do-it-yourself in you.  This is a remodel in a 2000 sq. ft. condo in Franklin TN - Carriage Park neighborhood.

Decisions to repaint instead of replace the cabinets allowed this Franklin TN couple to put the saved money into Corean Counter Tops with a seamless sink.  

Glass doors on some cupboards gave greater depth and character to the kitchen.   Moving the fridge to the opposite wall and spending the money saved by painting instead of replacing cabinets for a trim counter depth model opened the natural light from the deck sliding glass doors. 

Sometimes living with a kitchen under repair can be a nightmare.  Especially when you have to wait for fabrication of counters and appliances to arrive.

Money was saved by painting instead of replacing the cabinets.   Stainless appliances, counter depth refrigerator, and solid oak floors, transformed this 1987 kitchen and likely will increase the value of the house by at least the full cost of the upgrades and probably more.

All in all the kitchen is brighter, newer, ready to entertain.  The value will translate when it comes time to sell and the owners will enjoy all the benefits while they live there.
