Last night at the annual Alliance Real Estate company party at Stir, David Matney and Rob Luhrs awarded me the Agent of the Year Award for the fourth straight year. Despite the down market, in 2008 I sold 43 listings and my team as a whole did 57 transactions.
I'd like to thank my clients for their business and for continuing to refer people they know to me. Client referrals are truly the life blood of my business.
Now that I'm done patting myself on the back, it's time to get back to work.
