Continuing our discussion of SouthPark neighborhoods, today is Old Foxcroft.  Located between Sharon Rd and Providence and Sharon Ln and Runnymede, it is centrally located between SouthPark and Cotswold.  The neighborhood has undergone many changes during the real estate boom with many (but not too many) homes replaced with new construction and with many homes undergoing renovations and updates.

Currently, there are seven homes on the market in Old Foxcroft.  Ranging in price from $595,000 to $1,500,000 with an average asking price of $1,100,000.  Two of the homes on the market are new/newer construction. In the past year, 2 homes sold.  One for $710,000 (2644 square feet) and one for $1,145,700 (4168 square feet).   Old Foxcroft is very popular are due to its location and school assignments.
