My wife and I are looking for some direction and/or advice.
I have heard that there are some instances where a home owner staging their home for sale want to have someone live in the home and pay rent. My wife and I are in our 50's, own a business and need to wait 6 to 9 months before we go ahead and buy. We have been told by an individual that currently rents a staged home that we would be an excellent candidate as a staged home renters. we are mature and professional. We realize that we would need to relocate when the home is actually sold, etc.
I realize that this may not even apply to the services you provide, If not, would you be able to point us in the right direction?
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
Regards, Mark and Teri Johnson
